Securities Management and Research, Inc. (SM&R), a wholly-owned subsidiary of American National, is a registered investment adviser and broker-dealer. SM&R is located at 2450 South Shore Boulevard, Suite 400, League City, Texas 77573, 281-334-2469 and is a member of FINRA and SIPC. It serves as investment adviser and principal underwriter for a series of mutual funds sold to the public as well as the American National separate accounts, shares of which are available as investment portfolios for variable life and variable annuity products. SM&R also serves as investment adviser for registered investment companies, retirement plans, bank trust funds, non-profit foundations, and private client portfolios throughout the United States.
